At Sourced. Supplements, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent service. This policy explains your rights and our procedures in line with UK and Channel Island consumer law.

Your Legal Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

  • If you purchase online, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason.
  • To receive a refund, products must be returned unopened and in their original packaging.
  • We will refund the product price (excluding delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

Money-Back Guarantee on Subscriptions

  • In addition to your statutory rights, your first subscription order is covered by our 30-day
    money-back guarantee.
  • If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery. Refunds apply to the product price only (shipping is non-refundable).
  • This guarantee does not apply to subsequent subscription renewals or one-off purchases.

Returns Process

  • To arrange a return, please email us at info@sourcedsupplements.co.uk with your order
    number and reason for return. 
  • Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returned items must be in unopened, resaleable condition.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods

  • If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including delivery costs.

Subscription Cancellations

  • You may cancel, pause, or update your subscription at any time via your online account or by contacting us at info@sourcedsupplements.co.uk.
  • To avoid being charged for the next delivery, please cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
  • Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
