Your Legal Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
- If you purchase online, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason.
- To receive a refund, products must be returned unopened and in their original packaging.
- We will refund the product price (excluding delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
Money-Back Guarantee on Subscriptions
- In addition to your statutory rights, your first subscription order is covered by our 30-day
money-back guarantee. - If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery. Refunds apply to the product price only (shipping is non-refundable).
- This guarantee does not apply to subsequent subscription renewals or one-off purchases.
Returns Process
- To arrange a return, please email us at info@sourcedsupplements.co.uk with your order
number and reason for return. - Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Returned items must be in unopened, resaleable condition.
Faulty or Incorrect Goods
- If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including delivery costs.
Subscription Cancellations
- You may cancel, pause, or update your subscription at any time via your online account or by contacting us at info@sourcedsupplements.co.uk.
- To avoid being charged for the next delivery, please cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
- Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
